China’s Han Kun Law Offices has hired a second partner from King & Wood Mallesons in a month.
Fang Rong* joins the firm in its Beijing head office; she was most recently a partner at King & Wood Mallesons advising real estate investment and financing. She’s experienced in real estate investment trust (REIT) matters and public-private partnerships in both the real estate and infrastructure sectors. In 2017, she advised Poly Real Estate on a $250 million REIT offer backed its rental portfolio, one of the first deals of this kind in China.
