Latham & Watkins has hired a debt finance partner in Hong Kong from White & Case.
Andrew Bishop was most recently a partner at White & Case based in Hong Kong, where he advised investment banks and private equity funds on various financing deals such as leveraged acquisition finance, loan facilities, bond issues and insolvency and restructuring matters. He recently advised Miami-based infrastructure investment manager I Squared Capital and Hong Kong-based carrier Hutchison Global Communications on a $1 billion refinancing of debts related to I Squared’s 2017 acquisition of Hutchison.
