DWF will no longer require its prospective recruits to specify A-level or Scottish Highers results in applications, in a bid to attract a more diverse talent pool and to increase social mobility.
The firm said in a statement on Friday that it would instead be asking prospective joiners for “good A-levels/Scottish Highers or equivalent”, attributing the move to attracting people who may otherwise have been put off “due to the previously high entry requirements”.
