Paul Hastings has hired back disputes partner Tang Haiyan in a global push to strengthen government enforcement, investigations, compliance and litigation capabilities.
Tang has rejoined the firm in San Diego and will relocate to Shanghai soon. She was most recently chief legal and compliance officer at Shanghai-based healthcare private equity firm CBC Group, which she only joined in 2019. Before that, Tang was a litigation partner with Paul Hastings in Shanghai.
