DLA Piper has bolstered its London private equity practice with a partner from McDermott Will & Emery.
Piero Carbone is set to join DLA in September after four years at McDermott. He began his legal career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and later moved to Kirkland & Ellis, where he was promoted to partner in 2008.
