Slaughter and May and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom have narrowed their search for new London office space, while Dentons and Latham & Watkins have joined the plethora of other firms mulling options regarding their bases in the city, according to several real estate advisers.
Slaughter and May has begun shortlisting possible new office locations, according to one property practitioner who added the firm was looking for around 250,000 square feet of space. Its current office at 1 Bunhill Row is 260,000 square feet.
