US Law Firm Duo Advise On Sale of Toulouse Football Club to PE House

Gibson Dunn & Crutcher and Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe are advising on the sale of Toulouse Football Club to private equity house RedBird Capital Partners, the latest and likely not the last in a string of investments by private equity players in professional sports in Europe.

The deal is just the latest example of the preponderance of U.S. firm-led deals in Europe during the first half of 2020.
