The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) has hired a new general counsel as it prepares for an overhaul.
Alex Kuczynski, who was most recently chief corporate affairs officer and director of corporate affairs at the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, joins the U.K.’s regulator for accountants and accountancy firms, it announced on Thursday.
