Hastings left the firm in May 2018 after allegations of inappropriate behaviour were made against him by two people.

The U.K. Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) has closed its investigation into former Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan partner Mark Hastings, following allegations of inappropriate behaviour made against him in 2018.
Hastings had been a partner in Quinn's London office for a year until May 2018, when he was dismissed by the firm after two staff members made allegations of inappropriate behaviour. The firm then referred itself to the SRA.
