Norton Rose Gains German M&A Partner as Firm Climbs Deal Rankings

Norton Rose Fulbright has bolstered its German M&A and private equity practice with the hire of a partner from Jones Day.

Phillip Grzimek joins the firm’s private equity practice, Norton Rose said in a statement, as the firm jumps 40 spots — from 54 to 14 — in the Mergermarket German M&A league table for deals done in the first half of the year.
