Top-tier Australian corporate law firm Clayton Utz has hired tax specialist Brendon Lamers from KPMG as a partner in the national taxation practice.
Lamers, who previously was KPMG Australia’s national leader for deal advisory and tax, has more than 20 years’ experience advising local and foreign funds and Australian companies on transactions and international tax issues, particularly in relation to infrastructure projects, mergers and acquisitions transactions and real estate projects, Clayton Utz said.
