Top-tier Australian law firm MinterEllison has hired Hogan Lovells project finance lawyer Ros O’Mally as a new partner in the firm’s capital markets and corporate team—the latest of several lateral moves among Australia’s projects lawyers as firms position themselves to take advantage of an unprecedented transport construction boom on the nation’s east coast.
O’Mally is recognized for her credentials in project finance, particularly in the power and infrastructure sectors, including clean energy, water treatment, natural resources and transport, MinterEllison said.
