Latham & Watkins has joined White & Case on advising on Saudi Aramco’s initial public offering (IPO).
Saudi Aramco is the world’s largest integrated oil and gas company and is currently owned by the Saudi government. The company has sought to float for several years, with plans for the IPO first aired by the Kingdom’s deputy crown prince Mohammed bin Salman in 2016.
