Linklaters Hires Freshfields Milan Partner To Lead Local Practice
Roberto Egori joins Linklaters to lead its Milan based tax practice.

Linklaters has hired Roberto Egori as a partner and head of the firm's tax practice in Milan.
Egori joins Linklaters from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he was a partner in the firm's Milan tax practice.
At Linklaters, he will focus on advising clients on domestic and cross-border structured finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance deals, capital market transactions, private equity, real estate, and pure tax-led mandates.
