DLA Piper has become the fifth-largest law firm in Denmark after finalising an agreement to acquire Delacour, a roughly 60-lawyer outfit with offices in Copenhagen and Aarhus.
The move comes a few weeks after DLA Piper announced the “final piece” of its expansion into Latin America via a tie-up with Argentine firm Cabanellas Etchebarne Kelly.
