Latham & Watkins has made a senior hire for its London office with the addition of Rob Moulton, Ashurst’s global co-head of financial regulation.
Moulton, who will join Latham’s financial institutions group in the City, has two decades of experience advising a wealth of financial institutions, including investment banks, governments and corporate finance houses.
