Over the past 18 months, 200-year-old southwest firm Foot Anstey has implemented an ambitious plan to reposition itself in the market. A series of initiatives include a well-thought-out rebranding and the opening of an office in Bristol. An important precursor to the firm’s programme was the hiring of non-legal professionals into three newly-created posts: commercial director, IT and business services director and business development director. These recruits have helped transform the firm’s infrastructure.
