Herbert Smith alliance firm Stibbe has strengthened its new Luxembourg base with the hire of Linklaters' local tax head. Paul Tulcinsky, who has been at Linklaters for almost 10 years and made partner in 2007, is set to join Stibbe on 15 June. He specialises in international tax law, particularly the setting up of acquisition vehicles and financing vehicles in Luxembourg.
