Three partners from Dewey's Frankfurt office - Carsten Fischer, Bela Jansen and Dieter Luebbehuesen - are set to join WTS on 1 September, while Stefan Hoelzemann, the co-head of Noerr's Munich tax and private client practice, will also return to WTS in September having worked there from 2000 to 2005.
