Former Hogan & Hartson City chief Gary Pegg is set to leave the newly-merged Hogan Lovells to join King & Spalding as co-managing partner. Pegg, the co-chair of Hogan Lovells' global energy and natural resources practice, will share his new role with existing managing partner John Keffer. He joins the US firm alongside a team of four Hogan Lovells energy lawyers comprising partner Hywel Jones, counsel Nina Howell and associates Leon Sosnowski and Susanna Marshall.
