Calls to add mandatory client training to lawyers’ education are winning widespread support among the City profession, with commercial partners supporting the expansion of legal schooling to cover wider business issues.
The latest Legal Week/ EJ Legal Big Question survey found that an overwhelming 84% of respondents backed a recent call by CMS Cameron McKenna for a compulsory module on client service to be added to the Legal Practice Course (LPC).
