18 Paris partners join Orrick as Rambaud merger is rubber-stamped

Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe has today (30 November) sealed its merger with Paris M&A leader Rambaud Martel, creating a 100-lawyer French practice.

Orrick’s executive committee approved the tie-up last week, with the partner vote closing this morning. The deal will see 18 Rambaud lawyers join Orrick as partners, along with 35 associates from 1 January, 2006.
