SJ Berwin is facing an £800,000 negligence claim by former client Durham Investments Two.
The claim, which was issued in the High Court in September by Fladgate Fielder litigation partner Janet Keeley, alleges that the lawyers were negligent and in breach of a contract relating to a lease application in 2002.
