Allen & Overy (A&O) has installed new managing partners in its New York arm as the magic circle firm rejigs its US leadership.
The firm has chosen banking partner Ian Shrank and litigator Michael Feldberg to head up the 26-partner New York office following previous chief Mark Welling’s return to London this month.
