Linklaters, led by real estate partner Anne Byrne, has advised Target-follow Group on the £85m acquisition of Centre Point in London’s West End comprising retail, residential and office premises. DLA Piper Rud-nick Gray Cary real estate partner Richard Crossfield advised the seller Blackmoor and McGrigors advised the Bank of Scotland, which provided the financing on the transaction.

Berwin Leighton Paisner real estate partner Peter Rudolf advised ING Real Estate Development UK on its acquisition with public sector organisations Yorkshire Forward (YF) and Hull City Council (HCC) and forward sale to British Land of a development worth around £200m.
