Latham's London arm scoops £2.18bn Coral deal

Latham & Watkins’ London arm has scooped one of its largest-ever corporate transactions, advising Coral Eurobet on its £2.18bn acquisition by bingo and casino group Gala.

The deal, announced on 7 October, sees Gala acquire the book-makers from buy-out house Char-terhouse Development Capital.
