The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) is to launch the first-ever training programme for international mediators, as UK businesses increasingly move to avoid full-blown litigation.
The Diploma in International Mediation, which will be run in conjunction with Queen Mary University of London, will be unveiled to the first batch of entrants in January 2006 and will focus principally on international business disputes.
