Technology giant Samsung Electronics has recruited Rexam in-house counsel Jon East as its first-ever European head of legal, in an effort to manage legal issues for its growing operations in the region.
East will join Samsung as its European legal counsel on 7 November, having spent five years as the second-in-command at Rexam, the packaging group.
