Forty-five partner London firm Bircham Dyson Bell has named veteran corporate partner Paul Voller as its new head of company and commercial after the election this month of department chief Guy Vincent to managing partner.

Vincent won out in an uncontested election earlier this year, taking over from Michael Wood.
