Tenants at the top sets flock to apply for Silk

The UK’s top commercial sets look set to brave the revamped silk round in record numbers, Legal Week has learned.

Significantly, only one of London’s top 10 commercial sets will this year submit less than four applications for the kite-mark, which is being controversially relaunched as a Governmentbacked joint venture between the Bar Council and Law Society.
