Olswang has upgraded its CRM system from Interaction 4.1 to Interaction 5.1. The firm had been using 4.1 for a number of years but following significant growth, went to the market to look at CRM systems.
“Although we already had the product, we took the opportunity to re-evaluate the CRM marketplace and look at other packages that were not available to law firms at the time for our initial decision to purchase InterAction,” said Milan Dalal, head of business development at Olswang.
