Pedersoli boosts tax offering with Malguzzi

Pedersoli & Associati has hired chartered accountant and name partner of local boutique Alfredo Malguzzi to head its tax department as the Italian independent continues its recruitment drive.

The move saw Malguzzi, who is not a qualified lawyer, join the 60-lawyer firm as its 10th equity partner this month with three associates.
