London-based Speechly Bircham and two smaller firms, as yet unnamed, have all bought a suite of three nQueue applications from the UK reseller, Tikit – nQPrint, for server-based printer accounting and management; nQCopy, for photocopying and imaging; and nQEmbedded, which provides complete cost recovery for both copy and scans without the need for a dedicated terminal.

nQueue, based in Phoenix, is the first new entrant in the European cost recovery arena since Billback (now strongly aligned with Thomson Elite) arrived on the scene in 2001 to compete with two well-established suppliers that dominated the market, Equitrac and Copitrak, which remain the most popular options for law firms.
