A six-partner team has quit Rambaud Martel for New York’s Proskauer Rose as the leading French independent announces a major restructuring that will see the loss of at least 10 of its 32-strong partnership.
The departing partners are scheduled to leave Rambaud Martel by the end of the year, following the 70-lawyer firm’s decision to focus its practice on its M&A and litigation departments.
