The two bodies responsible for London’s 2012 Olympic Games are to kick off a formal hunt for legal advisers – firing the starting gun on one of the most prestigious UK projects of recent years.
The move will see the games’ two bodies, the London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games (LOCOG) and the Olympic Delivery Committee (ODC), both put out formal tenders to forge separate legal panels over the next six months.
