Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr has launched in Palo Alto with the hire of senior Weil Gotshal & Manges corporate partner Curtis Mo – giving the top 25 US firm its first base in the West Coast.
The high-profile transactional lawyer joined Weil Gotshal’s Silicon Valley branch in 2003 from the Palo Alto arm of the now defunct Brobeck Phleger & Harrison, where he was head of corporate and co-chair of the investment banking group.
