Linklaters is aiming to become a force in the highly competitive US acquisition finance market after hiring partner Jeff Norton from the New York arm of O’Melveny & Myers.
Norton, who becomes the 17th partner in the London-based giant’s Manhattan office, advises clients on leveraged finance, senior loan and high yield debt, acquisition finance and debt restructuring issues.
