Ashurst has appointed a new head of its respected energy, transport and infrastructure group (ETI), with Mark Elsey taking over the reins from firm veteran Michael Johns.
Elsey, who is also currently head of both projects and PFI/ PPP at the top 10 London firm, took over from Johns at the beginning of May.
