Clifford Chance (CC) has installed New York partners Brian Hoffmann and John Healy as the new chiefs of its US M&A practice following the elevation of previous head Craig Medwick to Americas managing partner this month.
Hoffmann, who was only promoted to CC’s partnership in 2002, has a practice that covers hostile take-overs, LBOs and high-yield. He becomes co-head of US M&A alongside corporate veteran Healy, a partner since 1987.
