Clifford Chance (CC) has reaffirmed its ties with Canary Wharf Group after advising the key client on its £338m sale of 20 Canada Square to Canadian property company Brascan.
The sale of the building, one of London’s largest purpose-built offices, comes at a key moment in CC’s relationship with Canary Wharf, the firm’s highest profile property client. It is the first major instruction CC has handled for the company since relationship partner Robert MacGregor moved to Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) last year.
