The Law Society’s council has given its initial seal of approval to controversial reform proposals that promise to revolutionise legal training in England and Wales.
The council accepted the key findings of Chancery Lane’s Training Framework Review Group (TFR), including ditching the requirement for qualified solicitors to complete the legal practice course, in a vote today (24 February).
