Los Angeles leader Gibson Dunn & Crutcher has announced its 2004 financial results with turnover increasing by 7.5% to $693.2m (£367m) and profits per equity partner (PEP) rising by 10.5% to hit $1.5m (£794,000) per partner.

Gibson Dunn managing partner Ken Doran told Legal Week that the profit increase was a result of the firm “picking up in a number of practice areas and markets”.
