Simmons resolves partner discrimination case

Simmons & Simmons has resolved the discrimination case brought against the firm by tax partner Robert Schon.

The firm announced last week (21 January) that the Employment Tribunal proceedings between Schon and the firm are no longer continuing. Schon is expected to remain a partner at the firm.
