Lawrence Graham (LG) has landed Multiplex as a new client on the Australian property giant’s first major foray into the UK development market. It will advise on the £2.8bn regeneration of waste land in Cricklewood, north London.
The deal is a fillip for LG as Clifford Chance (CC) is Multiplex’s main corporate and construction adviser. CC has been advising the Australian-listed company on the construction of the new Wembley Stadium and was also instructed on the purchase of Chelsfield’s parent company Duelguide.
