Vodafone has named Yahoo European general counsel Jonathan McCoy as its new UK legal head as the mobile giant launches a review of its external advisers.
McCoy will start at Vodafone, one of the UK’s biggest companies, on 18 October, taking responsibility for all its legal operations domestically.
