Nabarro Nathanson continues to take advantage of a buoyant retail property market, having advised on a £378m acquisition for long-standing client The Mall.
The deal comprises the 100-store Blackburn Shopping Centre, the 80-store Chequers Shopping Centre in Maidstone and Middlesbrough’s 85-outlet Cleveland Shopping Centre – which feature national retailers including HMV, Boots, JJB Sports and Argos.
