Francisco buys from Solution 6

Francisco Partners, the US-based private equity firm specialising in technology companies, completed the acquisition of the Professional and Enterprise business units from Solution 6 in June.

Francisco has also appointed Michael Simmons as the company’s new chief executive officer.
