Nicholson Graham & Jones (NGJ) is negotiating a settlement of around £50,000 to allow its banking partners Paul Salsbury and Andrew Besser to join Addleshaw Goddard.
NGJ is currently holding the two partners to their full year’s notice period and has pressed for a payoff in return for the partners’ early release. An agreement is expected over the next month.
