Thursday morning started bright and early with an appropriately named ‘dawn raid’ presentation by the main event sponsors, DLA. The 08.15 presentation was run by partner Neil Gerrard and covered ‘all you need to know’ about having a visit from those friendly regulators at the FSA, DTI, SEC, etc.
During this high-tempo, interactive session, Gerrard explained the essential importance of immediately establishing the identity of the regulators concerned.
