Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom have secured the advisory roles on Scottish Power’s £317m acquisition of UK gas-fired power station, Damhead Creek.
Freshfields project finance partner Charles July continued the firm’s association with the UK utility company, while Thomas Logan, a project finance counsel at US firm Skadden, acted for Damhead Creek’s parent company Damhead Energy.
